Deployment Architecture

Implementation Methodology & Environment Isolation

OMBD systems are configured, validated in controlled environments, and deployed into isolated managed server infrastructure separate from the corporate website.

Methodology

Disciplined Five-Stage Implementation Process

We follow a systematic five-stage process to configure, validate, and launch your operational system.

  • STAGE 01

    Discover

Analyze operational processes, records, responsibilities, reporting needs, and institutional rules.

  • STAGE 02

    Configure

Shape system record structures, workflow rules, access permissions, and departmental roles.

  • STAGE 03

    Validate

Test workflows, access permissions, document verification, and reporting in a controlled environment.

  • STAGE 04

    Deploy

Migrate accepted configurations into isolated managed server infrastructure separate from the website host.

  • STAGE 05

    Support

Maintain, update, and support operational systems according to agreed institutional service scope.

Infrastructure Boundaries

Environment Isolation & Subdomain Policy

Clear operational boundaries between pilot validation and production tenant hosting.

Temporary Pilot Environments

During the Validate stage, pilot implementations may temporarily utilize OMBD subdomains (e.g., *.ombd.io) for controlled testing, staff training, and initial workflow validation.

Pilot environments allow institutional stakeholders to verify access roles, forms, and approval chains before full production launch.

Production Tenant Isolation

Accepted production systems move away from the corporate website host (ombd.io VPS) to separate, dedicated, or isolated managed server environments.

The corporate website server serves exclusively as an informational layer and does not store or process live tenant operational data.

Service Boundaries

Deployment & Infrastructure Notice

Understanding service commitments and client deployment agreements.

Notice: Specific infrastructure parameters—including server region selection, backup retention frequencies, recovery time objectives (RTO/RPO), and ongoing support tiers—are formally established within individual client deployment agreements based on institutional operational needs.
